lovely stay near the wharf
clean room welcome gift great location
the room was clean and well kept. i appreciated the provided bottle of wine as a welcome gift (a very nice touch!). the hotel's proximity to pier 39 made it easy to explore.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
convenient location hotel bikes evening treat fun perk
I loved the convenient location! It is super close to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Having the option to use the hotel bikes was a great perk. The fire pits with s'mores each night were a fun and tasty treat after long days.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
flimsy shower floor odd bathroom design
the hotel's location was convenient, close to the coastal spots.
I found the hotel quite unremarkable. There was nothing particularly wrong, but nothing amazing stood out (it felt just okay). i thought the bathroom design was odd, especially with the shower door blocking easy access to the towel and the shower floor feeling flimsy.

friendly staff helpful staff bathroom fan privacy violation
the location worked well for me! it's friendly for walking. i found the staff very nice and helpful.
i didn't like how i couldn't turn off the bathroom fan. it was annoying. even with the do not disturb sign, housekeeping came in. this seemed like a privacy violation.
